Where We Ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
United Kingdom (Standard): 8-12 business days, Free

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or other factors outside our control.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@hialvera.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date so we can assist you.

Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. SPOOKSY is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Additional shipping fees may apply to reroute or reship a package.
