These Terms of Sale govern the purchase of products from needalvera.com ("the Site"), operated by SPOOKSY, for delivery within the United Kingdom. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Products
Product descriptions, images, and prices are presented on the Site as accurately as possible. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, even after an order has been placed.
Prices
All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Standard shipping within the UK is free. We reserve the right to change prices at any time; the price applicable to your order is the one shown at the time of purchase.
Order Process
Select your product(s) and add them to your cart. Review your order and shipping details at checkout. Choose a payment method and confirm your order. You will receive an order confirmation by email. Your order constitutes an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline (e.g., in cases of stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud).
Payment
Payment is due in full at the time of order. We accept the payment methods listed at checkout, processed securely through our payment providers. Your order will not be shipped until payment is confirmed.
Delivery
We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and typically arrive within 8-12 business days via standard shipping. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details. Risk of loss and title to products pass to you upon delivery.
Right of Withdrawal (UK Consumers)
As a UK consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Legal Warranty
All products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects, in accordance with applicable law, independent of any commercial warranty that may be offered.
Liability
We cannot be held liable for delays or failure to perform our obligations resulting from events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure), including but not limited to carrier delays, strikes, or natural events.
Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms of Sale are governed by French law, as SPOOKSY is based in France, without depriving you of the mandatory statutory protections you are entitled to as a UK consumer.
